(Miami, FL) – KAROL G, Latin Urban Music’s new poster girl and global streaming sensation brought Miami’s American Airlines Arena to a roar this past weekend as phones lit up the arena when she performed her international smash hit MI CAMA during Univision’s Uforia Mix Live Concert.
MI CAMA has quickly become one of the hottest Latin songs and is the #1 BEST PERFORMING SONG BY A SOLO FEMALE LATIN ARTIST AROUND THE WORLD hovering Top 100 on Spotify’s Global Chart and Top 10 on Youtube’s Global Chart with over 20 Million Streams and 150 Million Views respectively in its first month of release
During her stop in Miami, the Colombian born artist performed at a Spotify Fans First Event where she had the opportunity to interact with her biggest fans in an intimate and unique live setting. This performance was a part of a larger collaboration with Spotify – Karol G is the first-ever Latin artist to be a part of the Spotify RISE artist program, a series of activities and content centered on her undeniable rise to global stardom.
Karol G was also the recipient of this year’s INTERNATIONAL WOMAN OF EMPOWERMENT AWARD by CIROC. The award recognizes prominent women for their outstanding achievements in the United States. Durante su parada en Miami, la artista nacida en Colombia se presento en el evento “Fan First” del programa “Rise” de Spotify donde tuvo la oportunidad de interactuar con sus fans en un ambiente autentico. Karol G recibio el Premio Internacional del Empoderamiento Femenino de CIROC por sus destacados logros. El premio reconoce a mujeres prominentes por sus logros excepcionales a nivel internacional.
